fly around for Governor Alfred Mutua's wife, On Monday, June 24, however, let’s
just say it wasn’t her lucky day. Lilian Ng’ang’a, who is usually praised from
her angle-like looks and exquisite taste of fashion, was attacked for a fashion
flop after she posted a photo on Instagram in a skirt that a section of Kenyans
believed 'belonged to her house girl and not a cute lady like her.'
She was in
Masinga helping her husband Mutua in the ongoing campaigns when she wore the
Kitenge skirt that sparked the outrage. It’s not the first time Ng’ang’a was in
such a dress. She has worn similar attires several times before. What might
have annoyed Kenyans are the colours which seem to be making the dress ugly.
Mutua was in an even “uglier shirt” according to some.
