Chipukeezy Says Ex-Fiancée “is Free to Date Other People”

04:50:00 0

Another one bites the dust. Comedian Chipukeezy’s engagement with fiancée Vivian Kerubo is over and so is their relationship.
After days of speculation, the former Churchill Show comedian has confirmed that they have broken up. According to Chipukeezy, the break up was a result of a mutual understanding between themselves.

While he did not reveal the exact cause of the split, Chipukeezy explained that they ended things because they both saw things wouldn’t work out between them.
“To be honest, we agreed that whatever we wanted to do together would not work out, and it was a peaceful agreement. Tulikua tunaenda Canaan tukapata mamba.”
The NACADA director further urged people to stop pestering Ms Kerubo because she is free to date other people.

“We moved on because there is more to life than just love and relationships. People should stop speculating things but instead let her move on with her life. She is free to be out there and get with other people,” Chipukeezy said.
This comes days after Ms Kerubo deleted most of her pictures of Instagram and hinted that her man had been stolen from her.
Chipukeezy noted the lesson he has learned from the failed engagement to Vivian is that he will never publicize his private life again. The former lovebirds got engaged in January, 2016 but the engagement for one reason or another failed to materialise into a wedding.
“I prefer my life to be now private because I don’t think I want to publicize my social life anymore,” said Chipu.
“I wish her well and all the happiness that she deserves and may she find love. I don’t regret anything in that love because it is part of growing,” he added.

Kisii pastor pedals old bicycle from village to Nairobi in search of driver's job

04:25:00 0

Pastor John Otayo is a trained and experienced driver, but getting a job had become extremely hard in his home county Kisii, so he opted to try his luck in Nairobi. Dressed in sacks and rags and armed with a placard and a yellow polythene bag carrying a few personal effects, Otayo jumped onto his aging bicycle and off he left for the capital city in search of a greener pasture.

We gathered the poverty-stricken man of the cloth spent more than a day on the road from Kisii to Nairobi where he reportedly arrived on Friday, November 16, and immediately made it clear to anyone who cared to pay attention why he was in the city.

"Pastor John Otayo from Kisii County is looking for a job. He's a driver by qualification. He has travelled from Kisii to Nairobi to seek greener pasture. His mobile number is 0722851343," a Facebook post shared by one of those privy to Pastor Otayo's job-hunting mission indicated

Although the long ride to Nairobi evidently took its toll on Otayo, he was excited for having made it to the city, safe and sound. A blogger by the name Olivia Moraira claimed she saw the poor and broke man of God pedaling his bike somewhere along the Kisii-Narok road while traveling to Nairobi. Upon arrival, Otayo was spotted hanging out at Afya Centre where some of the public service vehicles (PSVs) ferrying people from Nairobi to Kisii and Nyamira usually park. He could be seen hanging on his neck a white placard with words scribbled on it, a driver's license clutched in his right hand and with the other hand holding the bike.
